Product Director (Global)
About the job and company
Nanoprecise is actively building its agentic AI platform and needs someone to shape how that capability reaches market. If you have been working on agentic products and want to take that experience into a category that is genuinely underserved with the category leader, this is the role.
Nanoprecise is an AI/ML-driven IIoT platform company that helps global industrial manufacturers move from reactive to predictive asset maintenance. Our platform reduces unplanned downtime, optimizes energy consumption, and delivers measurable ROI across the full asset lifecycle.
We are not a startup finding product-market fit. We are a growth-stage company scaling what already works: $38M raised, a Deloitte Technology Fast 500 ranking, white-label partnerships with major industrial players, and generative AI products already in market. The ROI narrative is proven. What is missing is the person who can take that capability to market at scale.
As Product Director, you will own the translation layer between what our AI platform can do and what the market will pay for. You will package, price, and iterate on agentic products, build the product-led growth motion from the ground up, and shape the roadmap for an entire product category. This is a 0-to-1 mandate. You will work hands-on alongside managing a small, high-quality team, and you will report directly to the CEO.
Job Description:
- Own the agentic product roadmap: translate AI platform capability into market-ready features, pricing models, and customer feedback loops.
- Build the product-led growth motion from the ground up, including instrumentation, activation loops, expansion triggers, and the metrics stack to know what is working.
- Lead voice-of-customer work directly, engaging reliability engineers and corporate reliability managers to validate whether the product is solving the right critical problems.
- Define and monitor KPIs that tie product decisions to business outcomes. You will be expected to come prepared with data, advocate clearly for your roadmap, and engage in substantive debate with the CEO and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to define product requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and launch planning.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in agentic AI product development.
- Lead and grow a small team: a Senior Product Manager and UX Designer report into this role today, with headcount growth planned as the function scales.
Required Qualifications and Domain Expertise
Non-negotiable:
- Hands-on agentic AI product experience. You have led or contributed to products built on agentic platforms and understand how agentic products scale operationally, including pricing models, customer feedback loops, and rapid iteration. This is the single most critical qualification.
- Product-led growth fluency. You have built or materially contributed to a PLG motion and know how to drive user acquisition and expansion through the product itself.
- Data-driven roadmap discipline. You build roadmaps with measurable outcomes, come to decisions with data, and hold that line in a room that pushes back.
- Commercial signal literacy. You know what is selling, what is not, and why across personas, segments, and deal cycles.
- Growth-stage experience. Series B to D preferred. You have operated in a lean, high-ownership environment and know when to build process and when to move.
Strong assets:
- Experience at AI-native or agentic-forward companies
- Background in IIoT, industrial SaaS, or connected asset ecosystems (nice to have)
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing customers
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent; 10 or more years in product management or product leadership
Why This Role Matters
This role will shape how industrial customers move from reactive maintenance to predictive, AI-driven operations. As Product Director, you will define and scale products that turn complex machine data into clear business value, improving uptime, efficiency, and cost savings for critical industrial assets worldwide.
Your work will directly impact customer outcomes, platform growth, and the adoption of agentic AI in manufacturing, energy, and heavy industry at scale. The industrial maintenance market is massive, underserved, and in the early innings of an AI-driven transformation. Nanoprecise is leading that shift.
