The Opportunity
This newly created role will re‑establish and grow strategic relationships with Canadian production builders and shipyards while bringing true forecasting discipline to the commercial engine. You’ll build tiered account plans, restore brand confidence in Eastern Canada, and partner closely with Production, PM, Engineering, and Inside Sales so the factory never has to fly blind.

Responsibilities
• Own and expand a portfolio of Canadian marine builders and shipyards (BC/ON/QC/NS) with structured cadence by account tier and deep stakeholder mapping.
• Drive forecasting accuracy in Salesforce: build rolling views by account and product line; maintain clean handoffs to PM/Inside Sales.
• Conduct on‑site visits to nurture relationships, capture upcoming demand, and proactively align capacity with Production.
• Work cross‑functionally with Engineering/PM on complex quoting/CPQ and ensure clean quote‑to‑order transitions.
• Represent the brand at industry events; plan regional trips (~1 week/month or as needed).

Requirements
• Marine industry experience (non‑negotiable).
• Proven strategic account management success in manufacturing/marine.
• CRM discipline (Salesforce) and credible forecasting chops; pride in data hygiene.
• Ability to multithread accounts (PM, Engineering, Supply Chain, Executive sponsors) and operate with autonomy and transparency.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience optimizing forecasting/CRM processes; CPQ familiarity; Scaling Up rhythms; comfort with AI/M365 tools.

• Consistent cadence execution and measurable expansion within top accounts.
• Reliable 12‑month rolling forecasts visible to leadership and Production.
• Clean cross‑functional handoffs with minimal rework.
• Renewed brand sentiment and growth in key Eastern yards.
