Bring the finance voice to M&A discussions, and work to prepare company for potential onboard of equity partners. |

Manage company cost accounting activities |
Update product costs annually or as needed |
Implement best-practices with respect to standard costing and inventory practices, both procedurally and within the ERP system. |
Provide analysis, cost trends, utilization results |
Coordinate and direct semi-annual physical inventory count and valuation with Production, finding and fixing root causes of discrepancies. |
