Executive Creative Director

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
 
As Executive Creative Director, you will represent our client’s culture and standards both within the company and to their customers. You are passionate about creating products that will change the way the world works, and you will collaborate with their executive team to ensure they are exceeding their customer’s expectations.
 
You will be responsible for scaling the Creative department and ensuring creative leaders have the skills and tools necessary to effectively lead deep, complex projects.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Providing a vision for what our client’s creative can be and being responsible for creative operations.
  • Being a master of the creative craft, and demonstrating strong conceptual thinking in knowing what makes an idea great.
  • Growing existing accounts and bringing in great client and great work.
  • Organizing, managing, mentoring, and leading Creative Directors.
  • An ability to confidently articulate ideas and creative solutions that both the team and client can embrace.
  • Working closely with our client’s senior management and marquee customers to ensure they are ahead of the curve strategically and operationally.
  • Focused on building a team of leaders, implementing process that allows for great creative, and building culture that fosters great collaboration.
  • Identify, mentor, and develop creative talent within team.
  • Motivate, inspire, and nurture the Creative department.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • 10-15 years’ professional digital design experience.
  • Strong leadership, proven ability to build and mentor teams.
  • Proven ability to build new business and foster organic growth.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into creative executions.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team across diverse projects.
  • Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience having scaled up a creative team in a growing business.
  • Strong knowledge of design process and project management.
  • A diploma or degree in creative art/design or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
